IF I AM APPLYING WITH ROOMMATES, DO WE NEED TO FILL OUT SEPARATE
APPLICATIONS?
A. Yes, each person over the age of 18 that plans to live in the dwelling, must submit a completed application as well as an application fee of $30 (this fee is per person).
HOW LONG DO APPLICATIONS TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?
A. Typically it takes 24 hours to fully process your application before sending your documents to the owner for final approval. We suggest reaching out to your references ahead of time to help speed things along.
I HAVE BEEN LIVING OVERSEAS AND DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT REPORT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A. We ask that you submit a copy of the previous years tax return in the event you do not have a credit report to provide.
WHEN I GET ACCEPTED, HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SIGN THE LEASE?
A. When you've been accepted, we'll email you right away with a copy of the lease and various addenda for you to review. We will ask you to sign and return all the lease documents in 24 hours.
